Discription
In view of the large bulk, high pressure of the water hammer, large resistsance against the fluid of the traditional check valve, our company developed and produced model# H71 &
H76 type wafer check valves by absorbing the advanced foreign technology, according to American API, German DIN and our GB standards. The weight is only 1/4 to 1/20 of the traditional flange check valve. The face to face dimensions are only 1/4 to 1/8 of the traditional one. With advanced structure, supreme performance and complete specification, our valves are highly evaluated by our customers and are applied to the lines of petroleum,   chemistry, metallurgy, light industry and foodstuff, etc. It was awarded the silver prize at the Fourth Session of China New Technology Products Fair.

Structural features:

  1. Short in face to face dimensions, small in bulk, light in weight;
  2. Valve discs close quickly, the pressure of the water hammer is little;
  3. Applicable to both vertical and horizontal pipes. Simple installation;
  4. Simple, impact structure and nice outline;
  5. Smooth channel and little fluid resistance;
  6. Flexible action and fine sealing;
  7. Prolonged service time and high raliability;

  Application:
Applicable to various pipes of Class150
to 2500, PN1.0 to 42.0MPa, working temperature of -29 to 425 C (carbon steel) -40 to 500C (stainless steel) to prevent opposite flowing of fluids. Different materials of valves can endure many fluids like water, vapour, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, intense oxidation fluid and urea, etc.

Water hammer pressure

Small, disc has short stroke and valve closing is quick due to spring assistance.

Large. Long stroke of disc. Long closing time is needed.

The hammer pressure of Model H76 is ony  1/2 to 1/5 that of Model H44

Dimensions & weight

Short  face-to-face, small bulk, light weight

Long face-to-face, big bulk and heavy in weight

The face-to-face of Model H76 is only 1/4 to 1/6 of Model H44. The weight of Model H76 is only 1/4 to 1/10 of Model H44.

Flux resistance

Small. The flux resistance factor is 2.9 -0.9

Small. Flux resistance factor is1.3-3. But the valve disc can't open completely in low pressure system.

Installation

Horizontal or vertical installation. Light weight. Support to the valve is not necessary.

Horizontal or vertical installation. Due to heavy weight of large diameter valve, the support is needed.

Opening pressure

Very small. The disc can be opened at very small pressure balance.

Rather large. The disc can be opened at very largel pressure balance.

Credibility

High reliability. The overall structure of valve receive small impact when the valve closes. The hammer pressure is small.

The strong impact caused by valve closing and hammer pressure can damage valve easily.
