Pressure/Vacuum Breather Valves | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Vent to Atmosphere P/V/R valves. These valves provide pressure and vacuum relief. A safe internal working pressure to prevent the routine expulsion of waste gas into the atmosphere will be maintained. Sizes 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" available.

Pipe-Away Pressure/Vacuum Breather Valves |
Unlike the vent to atmosphere the pipe-away valve is
designed for relief in applications that require hazardous vapors to be piped away by a
flange side connection. These valves can be mounted either Horizontally or Vertically. |
Vacuum Breather Valve |
The vacuum breather valve is manufactured for use where only vacuum relief is required. The valve only permits the necessary intake relief when temperature changes or when tank is being emptied. This will avoid tank damage under normal operating conditions. Construction: |

Emergency Pressure/Vacuum Manhole Valve |
The Emergency pressure/vacuum manhole valves provides emergency situations. The vacuum vent will provide protection against excessive vacuum accumulations in the vapor space that could cause the tank to collapse.
Emergency Pressure Manhole Valve |
The primary function of this device is protection against costly tank rupture. This manhole cover provides emergency venting for abnormal internal pressure beyond the capability of the pressure relief vent. It also provides quick access for tank inspection.

Flame Arrestors |
The Lecore Flame Arrestor is designed specifically to meet the requirements of the Petro-Chemical, Oil and Chemical Industries to prevent propagation of an external flame into the storage tank vapor space. Combustible gases inhaled into the tank are forced to pass through a tube bank consisting of a large number of passages of small cross sectional area parallel with the gas flow, thus cooling the gas to a temperature too low to support combustion. The tube bank is contained in a shell and the combined tube bank and shell is easily removed for inspection and cleaning. The Lecore Flame Arrestor has ASA 150 flat face flanges for connection to the storage tank roof nozzle and the pressure/vacuum vent. Should a weather cowl be required instead of a pressure/vacuum vent, the upper flange of the flame arrestor is drilled to suit the four weather cowl supporting studs.

Lockable Gauge Hatches |
Dip hatches’ main function is to allow easy access to storage tanks while
controlling vapor losses. Lecore Dip Hatches are supplied with "O" ring seats in
nitrile rubber for easy maintenance. Construction |
Venting Gauge Hatch |
The Lecore Gauge hatch could be preset to allow pressure relief according to clients’ specifications while also allowing easy access into the storage tank.

'Consavent' Filter Vent |
The Filter vent is designed to filter atmospheric air. The vent allows air to travel freely in and out of tanks while incurring that no harmful elements enters the storage tank.
Free Vent and Weather Cowl |
The Lecore Free Vent allows atmospheric air to travel freely in and out of storage tanks where no filtering is necessary. This vent is manufactured with a weather cowl to incur that no harmful objects enters the tank.
